EXCITING NEWS AT THE MANOR HOUSE, WEST PENTIRE!
It is some time since I last posted a blog on this site. This is because we have been very busy at the beginning of this year renovating The Manor Cottage which we acquired last year. The Manor Cottage is a completely separate dwelling to The Manor House but is just next door. The Manor Cottage is a 4 star, 2-bedroomed property that sleeps 4 and up to 2 pets are allowed. We have completely gutted the cottage internally and have now provided a modern well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table, large bright living room with bi-folding doors out onto the front patio and garden, a king size bedroom and a twin which can be a super-king bedroom with cot if required and a modern fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. All this has been achieved without losing the character of the cottage. The Manor Cottage has been open to bookings since the beginning of April this year and we have been delighted with the responses from our guests. We've had an exciting year also at The Manor House as we have been awarded the Customers' Choice Award having achieved an overall rating of 9.5 out of 10 (or higher) for the 2016 season through Revoo customer feedback. We are delighted with this award as we continually strive to provide the best holiday accommodation for our guests. We have replaced certain internal doors and windows, purchased a new sofa and cushions for the lounge and purchased new beds for some of the bedrooms and this winter we will be replacing the kitchen floor. In the kitchen and laundry room, we have a new freezer, dryer and washing machine too.
We already have 17 weeks booked out for 2018 as we are always a popular holiday destination in a stunning location with many repeat guests having stayed with us for many years.
